Sofie Shamel Studio sells one-of-a-kind, original paintings exclusively through our online store. Each piece is unique, and no reproductions or prints are available.

• All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal.
• Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment processing.

• We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• All orders will be shipped in 14 business days via UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for resolution.

• Sofie Shamel Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of this website.
